For those of us suffering traumatic injury, major illness or chronic pain, healing presents challenges beyond a quick fix. We may avail ourselves to doctors, therapists, herbalists, body workers, but whatever the practice, if we are fortunate we will encounter a true healer. Ajaya is one; and I’ve been blessed to work with her over a number of years. I’m a combat disabled veteran with significant injuries and PTSD. Needless to say, healing and maintenance require substantial effort.

Participating in Ajaya’s course was a gift during a very upside down time. The course began just before I closed the doors to our retreat center of 25 years, due to the pandemic.
