I have always had an appetite for the mystery and for cracking God's code. Which led me to passionate study’s in the science of human anatomy, physiology, embryology, psycho-biology, developmental trauma and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.
Over the years I sat with many ‘enlightened’ teachers, including plant medicine teachers—I traveled to far off places for long Buddhist meditation retreats, shamanic initiations and schooling, yoga teacher training, thousands of hours of Craniosacral training and other forms of body work, energy work, perinatal psychology, Enneagram, Continuum movement, therapeutic dance and trauma resolution therapies. The list goes on…
Ultimately I was always seeking to bridge the gap between what I knew in my heart as a direct experience of reality and my embodied spontaneous living of this reality in the ordinary of every day human life.
The various paths of my life's devotion began to culminate and bridge into a deep embodied synthesis as time passed, and I no longer felt compelled to search, but instead to stand in my own two feet and to simply, be right here. Of course, the many practices and paths that have led me to 'right here' continue to deeply inform where I come from and the nature of how I support others.
What I know to be true from these direct experiences is that each of us have a center. A tangible and magnetic center of dynamic stillness that is the organizing midline of our entire body, mind and heart. The larger field of our lives is a holographic expression and reflection of how fully we occupy this center.
Participating in Ajaya’s course was a gift during a very upside down time. The course began just before I closed the doors to our retreat center of 25 years, due to the pandemic. Having the consistency of the loving invitation back home— to my Hara, my Heart and my Head was so helpful and beautiful. I have worked with Ajaya at a couple of in person retreats in the past and found her presence and her teaching brought the medicine I needed in times of transition and overwhelm. Life always presents challenges and the initiations into suffering.
Having others in the group who are willing to be honest about whatever is going on for them in the moment is always supportive. Ajaya guides with a great deal of knowledge and experience. Trusting that she has truly been on her own deep journey provides the safety that I needed to drop into the deeper currents of my own life.
Ajaya has been a Godsend and has opened a whole new world for me. She has an amazing presence in her work and brings such a delicate, compassionate and focused energy to her individual sessions. I really appreciate the open-ended intuitive nature of her work and how each time I meet with her is a new adventure in my work and my process of unfolding a more complete, engaged and open sense of self.
Her strength and compassion have helped me trust her bodywork which has allowed access to areas that have been too sensitive for me to open up with others. I would recommend her to anyone seeking to take their lives to a deeper more engaged place. Ajaya leads Continuum sessions with a bright and loving energy, creating a safe space to enter into the magic of the fluid body. She is a living example of embodied joy and it spills over into the space we create together.
I can’t say enough of how much she brings to Continuum sessions and how that energy has helped me to become deeply present, aware and embodied.
As an osteopathic physician trained extensively in cranio-sacral manipulation I am very picky about who I allow to treat me cranially and their skill level. Ajaya’s abilities to release deep places of restriction go beyond the somatic level and into levels of the psyche. She has a depth of psycho-spiritual wisdom to bring great personal insight to the person fortunate enough to be receiving a session from her. When we genuinely sit all the way down and inside our core, taking our true seat in this center of our deepest most intimate bodily location and direct experience of being a creative, generative force of nature; we become at once fully ourselves, fully human and fully integrated within our unique place within the larger field of nature as divinity.
We become available to receive the blessings of everything that has preceded us; every experience, all of our history, ancestry, traumas, failures, losses, brokenness and the essential wholeness that allows us to be here, exactly as we are.
My means of supporting this process is through creating safe containers where the transformational power of intimacy can unfold a deeper coherency and harmony between all of the precious facets of your inner and outer lives.
The immense challenges that we are facing in our global environment these days require each of us to show up fully and embrace the work that is ours to do. In order to be effective in our unique paths of service, we must be aligned with our soulful destiny threads, which being grounded in our connection with our own bodies, our hearts and planet Earth reveals.
I provide safe, nurturing and catalyzing spaces to support those who are ready to dive in deep and learn how to feel, honor, inquire and embrace anything that may be held in the body, the psyche or the soul that you experience as obstructing the way for you to show up as your most authentic, fulfilled, empowered and creative self in the world.
